
Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor
Role and responsibilities
The role of the Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor is to support our ASML business goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to acquire the best and brightest talent into the organization. You take direct ownership for an advisory TA role towards business groups within the ASML organization.
Furthermore, your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive delivery of the co-created TA planning in close exchange with specific business areas and human resources.
- Collaborate with the wider ASML TA team, by connecting the expertise of colleagues and supporting teams to the business hiring effort on short-, mid-, and long term.
- Challenge the business expectations where needed, and support relevant attraction strategies with information to influence decision making.
- Provide exemplary candidate care throughout the candidate journey.
- Implement best practices and support colleagues in following your example.
Education and experience
- At least 8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic setting.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree; master’s level preferred.
- Demonstrated track-record in end to end management of hiring processes, preferably obtained in a variety of industries.
- Reporting and analytics expertise: previous exposure to data-based strategical decision making.
- Experienced in managing a broad range of stakeholders at multiple levels of the company.
- Initiation and leading process improvements within the TA domain.
- Fluency in English.
