We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Once we know from which country you will perform the job, we will be able to inform you better about the local employee benefits.

What you will bring

You have an academic working and thinking level with relevant education and at least five years of experience in both drawing up strategic communication plans and their implementation in a similarly complex, corporate environment. In addition, we look for:

• A creative Senior Communication Expert International Transformation Programme with excellent writing skills
• A professional who thinks in terms of possibilities with a real 'can do' mentality
• An expert with a passion for a good customer experience through attractive communication (for the 10 countries, Head Office International and NN Group) and is always up to date with the latest trends and developments in the field of communication
• A candidate who can switch quickly, plan well and keep an overview
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of working in complex environment and multidisciplinary projects, across BUs and functions, preferably in International corporate environment
• Experience leading and managing complex initiatives, including the ability to identify and manage risks and issues
• Business acumen and a solid understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives
• Familiarity with technology and digital transformation
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Met wie je werkt

You will join the Program Office as part of the transformation programme in International, Ambition 2027. You will:

• Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
• Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
• Collaborate with external partners and collaborators
• Collaborate with all communication advisors from different BUs

This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
