Within Global Product Management Wealth Products, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who will help us to get ABN AMRO's global investment propositions future ready.

Your job

• You contribute to the development of strategic vision and policy for investments by assessing relevant developments, innovations and opportunities. All of this in close cooperation with the various client segments and stakeholders.
• You are responsible for an attractive product offering. This includes product assortment, product positioning, pricing strategy, policy, product P&L and terms and conditions.
• It is your primary responsibility to safeguard adequate management of the product portfolio by performing periodical reviews and initiating amendments to the product portfolio. This will contribute to meeting commercial- and client satisfaction targets while also developing market share.

Working environment

The Product Unit Wealth Products focuses on the development of responsible and sustainable products to grow long-term wealth provided to all client segments. The total product suite of Wealth Products comprises of Investments, Wealth advisory such as Financial Planning, Wealth Structuring, Philanthropy, and Individual Pension products. Relevant client segments of Product Unit Wealth are various segments of Wealth Management including countries and subsidiaries, as well as segment Affluent and Consumer. The Product Unit Wealth has both a national and international scope with functional steering to local Wealth product hubs in Belgium, France and Germany.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree and at least 5 years of working experience in the financial industry, asset management or investment market.
• You understand customer needs and can translate them into a value proposition.
• You have relevant experience as a business consultant and/or product manager.
• You have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• You are a team player that easily communicates with different stakeholders.
• You have a knowledge of and have a curious mindset for digitalization, tokenized assets and crypto currencies.
• You are fluent in English (verbally and written). Dutch (verbally and written) is preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of the Wealth, Affluent and Consumer client segments in the banking sector in general and investment products and services in particular is a pre but not a must.

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
• An excellent pension scheme.
