Your role:

Are you a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for all things digital? We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on social media, digital content management and campaign management with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI. You will be working closely with different teams within our organization and you will be reporting to the digital marketing manager to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns tailored specifically for financial institutions and the treasury and risk teams of major global corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and post engaging content across all social media platforms and websites, maintaining the digital content calendar updated,
Develop and execute a comprehensive organic and paid social strategy to enhance brand visibility,
Prepare campaign briefs. Propose, create, and edit content with a focus on lead generation,
Report on social growth metrics and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns to enhance costumer engagement,
Support in the timely and effective rollout of companywide Marketing and CRM tool,
Lead management in CRM, ensuring efficient data enrichment,
Monthly reporting from CRM data which will result in data-driven decisions through CRM insights,
Proactively strategize the optimal use of digital channels, experimenting with new digital formats, ideas and trends,
Manage and execute content-driven campaigns, including webinars and other initiatives,
Ensure each division within Zanders receives timely and detailed reporting on campaigns.

Skills to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent proven years’ experience,
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation,
Experience with HubSpot and WordPress is a big plus,
Excellent communication and writing skills,
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
Project management skills and proven track record of successfully deliver digital marketing campaigns with impact.
