Your job
As a Digital Business Developer, you will be part of a specialized team with other Business Developers. You will focus on improving the user experience of our clients in our digital channels (app & web). You achieve this by translating customer needs into value propositions and comprehensive end-to-end solutions. These solutions encompass the entire process from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring they are aligned with the latest developments in technology, digitalization, legislation, and regulations. Additionally, you consider the requirements and frameworks set by both internal and external stakeholders, including development teams and regulatory bodies.
Working environment
The Grid Digital Channels Personal Banking has about 400 professionals from over 25 nationalities. The spoken language is Dutch and English. We are responsible for Internet Banking, the ABN AMRO app and new digital initiatives. At this moment, we are working hybrid from home and some days at the Gustav Mahlerlaan in Amsterdam. We believe that a flexible approach with multidisciplinary teams focusing on speed, flexibility and efficiency will help in our digital transformation. You will work in a pool of Business Developers with a dedicated focus on one of the teams within the Grid. Here you will be part of a scrum team using an Agile way of working:

Your profile
- Your acquired professional experience (with project management skills or experience in leading projects) brings a fresh perspective towards improving the digital customer experience.
- Proven experience in strategic communication and strong analytic skills to develop and justify business cases.
- You are able to link the areas of the online and offline world in order to achieve a seamless digital experience.
- You are an independent self-starter who is proactive and more than capable of working on your own.
- You are able to work under pressure and handle challenging scenarios with confidence.
- With your entrepreneurial mindset you follow market developments, acquire customer needs and translate this into new propositions that improve the client satisfaction.
- Being a skilled communicator in an environment with different stakeholders you know how to get your message across, get your required information and manage expectations.
- You are a true connecter and continuous collaborate with the Business Developers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Product Owners and stakeholders about which improvements can be made to our portals (app and web).
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
We are offering

- The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 4.466 - max. Eur. 6.380) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
