What you are going to do

As Communication Specialist you are member of the Future Ready Transformation Office, which is responsible for the coordination of the overall results of the Future Ready strategy and programme.

You will be responsible for the overall programme communication of the Future Ready programme and workstreams. You will work closely together with NN Group Corporate Communications, Group HR and the Future Ready workstreams.

• You will be responsible for developing content regarding the progress of the Future Ready programme and the workstreams to various internal stakeholders
• You will work closely with the Future Ready Transformation Office to understand the project goals, messaging, and different audiences to develop content that aligns with the project’s objectives
• You will develop content for various channels
• You will write the weekly Future Ready update mail and regular updates for Viva Engage on successes and milestones
• You will organise townhall meetings and demo’s to showcase developments in the work streams and share and celebrate successes
• You will align with Group Corporate Communications on key messaging and design
• You will align with HR on the change management approach
• You will update slide decks, keep an overview of events where Future Ready is on the agenda and ensure that there is a consistent message

Who you are

You are a quick thinker and practical doer with relevant education and at least two years of experience in both drawing up  communication plans and their implementation in a similarly complex, corporate environment. In addition, we look for:

• A ‘hands on’ Communication Specialist with excellent writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• A candidate who can switch quickly, plan well and keep an overview
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of working in complex environment and multidisciplinary projects, across BUs and functions, preferably in an international corporate environment
• Familiarity with technology and/or digital transformation
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan events
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
